1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Due to hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been opened or used.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used Nail Art products
  • Items not in original condition
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
  • Gift cards

We appreciate your understanding as these policies help ensure product quality for all customers.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us first:

Include the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24–48 business hours.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

If your return does not meet our policy requirements, we may not be able to process a refund.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will:

  • Offer a replacement at no extra cost, or
  • Provide a full refund if a replacement is not available

Photos or videos may be required for verification.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.


8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item:

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Place a new order separately

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
